There should be plenty of guys brought in. There are many positions in which there are upgrades that have just been cut. OG, TE, NT, LB, and CB may be addressed.

1.)  Take care of the ball.  Win the turnover battle.

2.)  It's all about 3rd down.  Win on 3rd down to win the game.

3.) Playmakers make plays.  The only reason that you put your uniform on is to make plays. In order to EARN your paycheck, you must make plays.

No glaring surprises w/respect to the 53-Man Roster. I'm estatic that Sterling made the roster. He's too good of a receiving TE/oversized WR to release. Good call.

Dorian Johnson out of Pitt was a 4th rounder cut by Arizona.  I remember watching him drop on draft day and the announcers saying he was a 2nd/3rd rounder but dropped due to some minor health concerns.  Could be someone to come in and develop with more upside than Shatley.
