He could be back by week eight. That's fine with me. We still have Robinson, Lee, Hurns, Been and Cole. No need to panic or freak out. I still think they'll try to run this offense around Fournette and Ivory this year anyway. They ended up bringing in Pryor at Safety to add some depth for the meantime yesterday as well because of this move. Could work out big time in the long run.

Those sports hernias become a matter of pain tolerance. They're not going to magically heal.quickly. It's possible he played the preseason game relatively pain free and then tweaked something that caused more pain that exceeded expectations. To blame a hernia on the coaching staff is just moronic.

Just in case someone here is thinking this, that won't happen. Dede is the first player placed on IR who is eligible to return. The others were all placed on IR too early to qualify for the designation to return.
