After 7pm on Monday, all the heavy stuff should be north of JAX enough for them to fly in just fine.  Winds are supposed to be down to 20-25 mph by 8pm Monday.  Precip. at 12% chance.

That's good to hear. As slow as this thing has been moving I thought for sure most of the impact in Jacksonville would be Monday. As it is, we're going to feel the impact here in NC beginning tomorrow but more intensity on Tuesday.
