I am impressed they issued a statement about the London event, which was a disgrace to our country. I would hope they will cease putting on a show before, during or just after the National Anthem going forward. If they want to make a statement they have plenty of opportunities at the end of the first quarter, second, third etc. As long as their name contains our city in it they do represent us to the world. I would go back to the games if they will cease hijacking the National Anthem for political opinions. It only will divide us as a country more. Unless that is their agenda.

Anyone who kneels on the anthem is a moron and should be treated as such. Also, it's laughable that the team would issue such a statement. Kudos, some of you say? I heard from a bunch of people here and other places, I wont watch the NFL/go to Jags games unless they stop kneeling.  Well nearly every team in the NFL has stopped kneeling before the games, but you still want to continue you hard line. 

I'm enjoying watching the Jaguars regardless of you watching or not, so it doesn't hurt me one bit.  So many of you will be mad at a player kneeling, but not what the president said to a member of the military's family after he passed away in combat.  There's something you should be really mad at instead of this faux anger you are placing about the anthem.  Not everything is right about the anthem protest and I don't agree with it, but most of the idiots that are still against the Jags/NFL still somehow think Trump is a good president.
