Apparently they just used this guy to whip up on his former division. Back to the tablet!

Blaine Gabbert and Byron Leftwich wanted nothing more than to win this game. I think after watching Bortles run for 2 TD's made Hackett realize he just needs to let Bortles Audible

At this point, why not? You'd assume Arians' job is safe if he wants it. If you know Drew Stanton isn't the guy (and, clearly, if he was benched for Gabs he's not), let Gabbert climb your team up the draft ladder.

Well... originally Stanton was injured and that is what gave Gabbert the job.
Knee injury iirc.
Once healthy they let Gabbert keep the reigns. But since having success against us, he has played pretty terribly and Stanton is healthy now.

Their QB situation is pretty much like trying to juggle handfuls of broken glass at this point.... Not fun, no matter how you try and go about it.

ABOUT US
The Jungle Forums is the Jaguars' biggest fan message board. Talking about the Jags since 2006, the Jungle was the team-endorsed home of all things Jaguars.

Since 2017, the Jungle is now independent of the team but still run by the same crew. We are here to support and discuss all things Jaguars and all things Duval!
