I'm a yuge GTA fan and have to agree.  The aiming mechanism and RC missions were maddening.

That game hung its hat on the fantastic 80s nostalgia, Scarface references, and Miami setting, which it nailed.  Also a leap forward with music/sound.

But yeah, as good as some elements were - to me its faults still defined it.
