  A waiver claim for Clive Walford would make sense for practically any team.  Walford's salary cap number for 2018 will be even lower for a team that ends up with him off waivers than it would have been with the Raiders.   The off-season and the summer can be used to determine if Walford warrants a spot on the 53 man roster.  On the surface,  very little downside in claiming him.
I like him.  Has some untapped upside IMO. 
Even if he doesn't make it out of camp, may be worth a good look.
