So if the Jaguars draft a player in the supplemental draft they have to fork over a pick from the same round of the 2019 draft. Since essentially nobody EVER makes a supplemental draft selection, whoever the Jaguars pick will cost them a 2019 first round pick.

Why not raid somebody else's roster for a proven first round-caliber talent?
