Listen I don't have a problem with narcotics. Someone wants to shoot up go for it, just do it at home and don't ask me to pay for your treatment when your done, and for damn sure don't ask me to pay for you supplies to do it lol. Supplying needles doesn't encourage or enable increased drug use, it just makes it safer. No junkie is going to skip a fix because a needle is dirty, and believe me, they'll have a needle.
