Where is Ronnie Harrison?

#1

He was getting good playing time at the beginning of the season (and he was doing good) and now he is nowhere to be seen.

Vs the Jets Gipson went out for a few plays and #26 (Wilson?) went in instead.

He is the "big" nickel. He is playing more in the box.
Expect to see him more next week vs. Cowboys

It's all about matchups plus he is a rookie.

Don't worry, next year the man will most likely be starting. You will get your fill in due time.

You say "Wilson?" as if you don't know who is on our team...
weird fan.

Anywho... Harrison is much more of a SS type (He can replace Barry Church next year)
there was a lot of talk about him being able to back up both spots but Wilson is a true FS.

Game plan matters.
Also, Harrison has gotten a lot of time in the big nickel package. And has been pretty good (especially if PFF is your thing, Taven Bryan has been grading well also in limited snaps)

But the bigger thing being missed here is that this team, this roster, is built in such a way that we don't need our rookies playing a ton of snaps and being huge playmakers right away.
We aren't drafting top 10 anymore...
We can let these guys develop.
Sorry if you want the sky to fall... but our young guys are playing well in limited snaps (limited because the guys in front of them are all-pro's and premier players)

He's currently played 28% of snaps which is more than I thought he'd play as a rookie.

As someone mentioned above he's a matchup guy right now and will be situation dependent. It's nice to be able to play him as a rookie albeit in different roles, it'll make the transition to Churchs spot smoother.
