It's an app for your smartphone that works with the board's software so you don't have to use the sometimes clunky mobile browser to read and post on the forum. It also means you can access all the different forums you're a member off, all in one app. Try it out, you might prefer it but if you don't browse the forum on your smartphone then it's essentially useless to you.
