OT, him and Cam are bookends. It all starts with the OL.

43: R2P11
C DALTON RISNER
KANSAS STATE
Listed as a center, Risner can actually play any spot. I'd have him as Cann's replacement.

74: R3P10
QB WILL GRIER
WEST VIRGINIA
Easy pick (though he'll be gone by here)

93: R3P29
TE IRV SMITH JR.
ALABAMA
Good blocker and solid route runner from TE position (also probably not here in actual draft)

Big body WR

I like your draft, especially the way you addressed the offensive line. Butler was a steal in the 4th. I just did one, also, and took 3 offensive linemen- Williams in the first, Conner McGovern and Nick Linder in the 6th. Linder can play next to his brother who will be moved back to guard. The new line is:

Jonah Wiliams
Brian Linder
Nick Linder
Andrew Norwell
Cam Robinson

I also took Kyler Murray in the 2nd even though he'll likely choose baseball.

This draft would definitely address the OL. Ford would slide in as a guard. We would get a WR that could be a WR1. We get a TE that has size and was a former QB so he should be able to understand what needs to be done. He is still a little bit of a project, but at 6'8" I'd be willing to work with that. Another DE, and another WR that was once thought highly of. Oh yeah and a QB that can run the ball. Would still hope we get someone in free agency or dare I say keep a current QB while Stidham get acclimated.

Gonna do 2 mocks. One with taking a QB in the 1st and one not taking a QB in the first

Think Grier really does actually go in Rd. 2 or later?

they still havent did an update on the draft order yet so i picked 9. WR isnt our biggest need but I wanted to take the best WR in the draft and see how it fell out and this draft would be a great haul. Our offnese would be fixed with this draft imo. Got one of the best RT in the draft, the Rimmington award winner so I would keep him at center and move linder to RG. Our oline would be much better imo. The Rimmington Award winner is given to the best center in the country. Will all know Linder is great at C or G so putting him at RG and adding the guy that won the Award for the best center in the country could help this oline a ton i think. Bradbury doesnt have great size but good centers dont have to be big.

Most recent stab:

These boards still aren't quite right imo. Still a lot of guys going later than they should
Used the most recently updated board, needs, and went with difficult mode (not sure what that means)

7: R1P7
OT JONAH WILLIAMS
ALABAMA
38: R2P6
QB WILL GRIER
WVU
69: R3P5
WR RILEY RIDLEY
GEORGIA
93: R3P29

IOWA STATE
180: R6P5
LB KHALIL HODGE
BUFFALO
240: R7P24
RB TRAYVEON WILLIAMS
TEXAS A&M

Unfortunately I only get one OL out of this draft. Haskins went at 6 to NYG.
Butler, Hodge, and Williams at the end all seem like really good value (steals) not sure any of those guys are actually available there.

But this type of draft really shores up an offense that needs to look drastically different next year.
Adds more talent to the WR room and covers more skill sets adding Ridley and Butler. Snag another RB with Yeldon surely gone and LF future in question.
Starting QB in the 2nd, starting RT in the first.
Hodge is a guy that could quite possibly develop into more of a Mike role, sliding Jack over to WLB and letting Telvin go (after 2019 obviously)

I'ma do another in a bit using a different board just to see.

Playing around with the trade system, I got the following.

26: R1P26
G CODY FORD
OKLAHOMA

27: R1P27
DL DEXTER LAWRENCE
CLEMSON

38: R2P6
WR HAKEEM BUTLER
IOWA STATE

45: R2P13
TE KADEN SMITH
STANFORD

69: R3P5
QB JARRETT STIDHAM
AUBURN

87: R3P23
OT DALTON RISNER
KANSAS STATE

114: R4P12
LB GERMAINE PRATT
NC STATE

117: R4P15
CB JAMAL PETERS
MISSISSIPPI STATE

118: R4P16
TE ZACH GENTRY
MICHIGAN

126: R4P24
TE JOSH OLIVER
SAN JOSE STATE

140: R5P1
DL ANTHONY NELSON
IOWA

206: R6P31
OT DERWIN GRAY
MARYLAND

In this scenario, we got Foles in free agency. In order to do this, we cut Dareus and couple others. Lawrence will replace Dareus, we get a potential wr1, beef up offensive line, get a backup qb thst can possibly takeover if needed. And yes 3 tight ends but that's because they were near best available. The only position I didnt draft that could need to be addressed is an edge rusher. I just didnt like the cost of where people I think would do well, was needed to be taken. Oh yeah, only gave up a future round 6 pick. (Yes, I know the trade system is broken)

Shouldn't the Jags GM get fired too for passing on him at least 3 times (4 if you count him being worthy of a top ten draft selection, which some do)

Which/whose board was used for that draft I wonder?
