First, 193 votes is unlikely to be enough to change any outcomes.

Second,

1. 193 votes changed is a 386 vote difference. There have been several votes this century that close. Bush won Florida by about that much depending on which count you believe. Then there's the case of Al Franken's election where boxes of votes that changed the result in his favor were conveniently found days later. That one was pretty close, and that involved a whole state, not just a district.

2. Attempted murder is no problem since no one was killed.

3. That's only because it was discovered. No one knows how many times this has happened without it being discovered. She also was in charge of collecting and recording votes in a much closer previous election.
