Ask yourself when the last time all three of those aligned? Hint...Great Depression blame. So, if we stick with the near term, let us say Obamaand this current administration, you can look up bills up for vote to bring to the floor and those that failed once on the floor. I'm sure you can figure out the pattern. No speculation on my part, just voting logs. I'll also add a little map of state voter ID laws. If you take the blinders off, I'm sure you can see further evidence that most Democrats are largely against a Federal ID requirement.
