It's really sucks to read this news. It's ashame things didn't work out for him here. Should have been used as linebacker not Defensive end. 32 years young Rip Quentin Groves

So sad, but I read where he died in his sleep. That is little solace, but it's how I wanna go out. R.I.P.

Mel Tucker moved him to LB to experiment with the 3-4 defense. It did not take long for him to figure out we need to be a 4-3 team.

 

SEC Network is calling him a LB on the news crawl. They are so far behind, saying the cause of death is unknown.

He was one of those tweeners Gene Smith loved to draft.  Rip man that is young.  He had heart surgery ealier to fix some valve issues in his heart.
