You are correct. He was a 2nd round pick of the browns. We picked him off the waiver wire heap during our dark times at WR.

Ok, yeah.. thought so.  One of those guys u root for but, just... nothing - (or just not enough of whatever brought a glimmer of promise in some of these guys that have come and gone)
