All of those things you listed were actions (actually just talk) made with permission of the other party. Biden's fondling of women was not, at least not in several cases.

You can't be serious. Did he ask women if he could grab them by the *****? No. He was explaining to Bush that they let him get away with it, because of who he was. That is not consent. I'm sure Ivanka is very comfortable with her dad basically saying he would have slept with her, had she not been his daughter. What woman doesn't want to hear those words from her own father?
