That was my thinking. Although they wouldn't have drafted Oliver unless they liked him, it is unrealistic to expect him to be a major contributor right away. Jeff Lageman, probably the most knowledgeable local analyst of football talent, indicated that he watched a lot of tape on Oliver and considers him a project. He was not negative about Oliver in the long-term, but Foles needs someone with experience at this postion next season. If the price is right, I really hope they pull the trigger on this.
