The offense did look good late in the 4th period when the offense decided to use 4, 5 receiver sets which is Minshews strength and slinging the ball around. Even Fournette was productive. But the HC is too dumb to play to players strength that they'll revert to run run pass punt.

Yeah the timing sure makes it seem like it was planned for a while which might indicate Ramsey’s blow up on the side line was planned as well. Both douche, me first moves.

I’m all for players using their leverage (holding out, etc.) to attempt to get their worth, but being a douche is out of bounds as far as I’m concerned.

To those calling for Marrone to be fired now are  essentially advocating chaos in the locker room as long as Ramsey, the coach slayer remains in the locker room after such a firing.  There’s only two workable solutions here: Trade Ramsey for a ton or back your coach up and discipline Ramsey moving forward at any hint of disruption and inform him he’s not going anywhere for a while and better keep building that resume for when he eventually does hit the market in 3 years.  Where’s khan with that train comment?

I don’t care for Ramsey’s shenanigans, but I would inform him and his agent that there is no trade coming, no contract negotiation coming and a 5th year option and two tags on the way so he needs to figure out whether he wants to play football in Jacksonville or not at all.

I’d field offers publicly and then sit down with him and his agent and discuss them and ask where he wants to go. Get him all excited and such and then tell him he isn’t going anywhere and to get the [BLEEP] out of my office.
