I am just glad that out of a pretty deep and talented class of pass rushers that they didn't [BLEEP] this selection up. They could have panicked and overdrafted a guy like Taylor at RT, Williams at LT, etc.

But they took the best player on the board and arguably one of the most highly touted guys on most big boards across the mainstream.

It looks like they got a damn good player for years to come. Again, thankful for Mayock and Gruden passing on him. So far it also looks like out of all of the Clemson defensive lineman selected in RD1. Lawrence, the lowest selected of the trio has been the best performer so far.
