First week of my college fantasy football playoffs and my star player goes down. I'm sunk. I hope the kid is o.k. though. He's a lot of fun to watch. I still say he goes top 5 in the draft.

What bad luck.

Not sure if true, but someone mentioned this injury may be similar to what retired Bo Jackson.

That's what I heard. Very serious injury, not sure how much of an impact it will have for his playing career but I cant see him being #1 in April.

Lol ..... Tua was suffering from a high ankle sprain when Bama, the only university to do so, bolted his ankle up and sent him back on the field instead of letting it heal properly. He's definitely been slower over the past few weeks because of the high ankle sprain so perhaps he should have been sitting out 4-6 weeks like the NFL players do with this type of injury.

Bama has blood on their hands and pretty much ruined this guys career. Oh well. I'm sure they're just thinking "Next Man Up"

Alabama forcing players to play through injuries isn't news. Saban was hammered for that a few years ago when Jonathan Allen was entering the draft I think. It is what it is.

With that said. I wouldn't take Tua if I had a top 10 pick. Normally if you're picking inside the top 10 you tend to have glaring holes and needs outside of the QB position. A team like Miami should especially steer clear away of taking him after they shipped away Tunsil to the tinhorns and they're currently leading the NFL in QB hits allowed with 89.
