Burrow is a fine college QB on a good college team, but he just doesn't pass the eye test for me as someone who will be a hugely successful NFL QB. Believe me, I do not wish this on him, but I predict he'll be injured within the first half of his starting season and then never rise to the prospect of his draft pick.

What does he not do good as a pro prospect?

It's more intuitive than specific. I just see a player who will have difficulty adjusting to the speed and physicality of the pro game. His dynamics are not as developed, as say, Trevor Lawrence. Burrow will have a few good games, but once opposing teams begin to game plan for him he'll struggle and ultimately fail to adapt sufficiently to become a leading QB.

ABOUT US
The Jungle Forums is the Jaguars' biggest fan message board. Talking about the Jags since 2006, the Jungle was the team-endorsed home of all things Jaguars.

Since 2017, the Jungle is now independent of the team but still run by the same crew. We are here to support and discuss all things Jaguars and all things Duval!
