Blacks killed by other blacks: roughly 6300
Blacks killed by police while unarmed: 9...

Ironically, i sometimes feel like the only person left in the world that hates black America being used like this.  At some point in the next few weeks these kids are going to wake up in the morning, they are going to realize that they have helped to destroy the entire infrastructure that feeds them.  They have studied the riots with Rodney King, those neighborhoods took DECADES to recover.  With the current pandemic lockdowns that we are under those consequences could be amplified.  Because of the inherent danger in most of these neighborhoods a lot of businesses either couldn't afford insurance or could not find anyone willing to write a policy.  The bigger stores that were the main target of the left will have insurance and use that money to relocate to areas less/not affected by the riots.  Whose left?  the poorest citizens who couldn't afford to move.  They are the ones who keep carrying the water for the lefts failures.  They are the ones victimized by the black on black crime the left wants to tell you doesn't matter.   This is just a sad, blood soaked calculus that "what does it matter if a few thousand blacks suffer and a few hundred wind up dying.  As long as no one blames us..."  Sad.

You, on the other hand, are not suggesting that conservatives here have some alternate agenda because of the evidence. You are doing it based on your opinion of what you think they think. That is worthless. Furthermore, even if we assume there may be some really warped dude who visits this site, who is secretly hoping for violence so Trump can get reelected, it is unworthy of making a blanket statement aimed at the multitude of posters here who have disagreed with you. Give me and example of a poster here stating the things you claim and attack him specifically. Oh, that's right... you can't. That's why you rely on straw men.

As to your last paragraph, there are some people who make those arguments. Yes. I also agree they don't care about blacks in America, not out of hate, but in the same way no one cares what the community in the other sub-division is doing unless it affects them. Conservatism, in the US, is individualistic by nature, and I have recognized that as a fault. In fact, I feel it is directly responsible for the elite progressives being able to gain a foothold in disenfranchised communities and destroy their sense of self. Regardless, I don't think people are obligated to solve someone else's problems. And before you try to argue with this, please write down the long list of all the problems you're attempting to resolve. We care what is largely in front of our faces, which is also why we're so easy to manipulate.

Let's just be clear that indifference is not the same as racism.

You're right, nobody has explicitly stated that. And I have no proof that some of the posters on here are exactly the kind of racist [BLEEP] these protests are aimed at. It's an assumption on my part. That said, I hardly consider it to be a giant leap of an assumption. You regularly see guys on here talking about "these animals"... I've seen posts talking about burning rioters on the fires that they start, how the animals should be locked in a zoo and left to destroy it, "rounding up" left wingers in government, etc. And these posts never get called out by other conservative posters. Do you really think that kind of not-so-coded language, and the thoughts behind it, are ok?

The fact is, this is an NFL message board. The vast majority of people know they are putting messages out into a public space, and modify their language and viewpoints accordingly. It's not a leap to consider those posters going on about "animals" probably say and think much worse behind closed doors.

I've seen both videos. I mean, it's kind of all over the news here. Two ways of reading it: one, it looks like he turns around and points something at an officer right before being shot. Two, the object he was pointing was a nonlethal taser that he had just stolen, and in no way warranted the use of deadly force that an unknown item being pointed at a pursuer would. I know what a few key blowhards are going to storm in here saying, but based solely on what I can see in the video, I think the officer was justified in shooting a man who was turning and pointing something his way during a foot pursuit.

The chief resigning is no surprise. It's not exactly a secret down here that she's been at odds with the mayor ever since the first night of protesting in Atlanta. The surprise is that she lasted so long in the first place.
