DJ Chark: The entire locker room wants Minshew to succeed instead of....

wishing someone else was at QB.  Very good to know Chark has his back. Digging a bit deepr though...

Is it a Dig at Fournette?  Remember Fournette wanting Cam Newton?  Also Fournette says he finally has a real QB for the first time.    Interesting...

I'm glad to see DJ have Gardner's back. DJ has said they are close on and off the field. I'm glad he talked about how the team supports Gardner. Also, Josh Allen tweeted the other day about how he's glad to be a Jags player. And he has pinned that tweet to his twitter page.

It's nice to see some of the best young talent on this team stand up for it and each other. I think they are tired of the jabs being made towards them/the team.

This is why employers prefer hiring younger folks sometimes.. you can mold them. Winning isn’t just skill, it’s mentality. It’s a shame seeing skill walk out the door, but those players were inward focused. You just can’t win that way.

I don’t know how this season will truly go.. COVID..bunch of rookies.. but this is the best I’ve felt about this org in a long time.

It is finally happening.
Respect the game.  Play with a sense of urgency.

1.)  Take care of the ball.  Win the turnover battle.

2.)  It's all about 3rd down.  Win on 3rd down to win the game.

3.) Playmakers make plays.  The only reason that you put your uniform on is to make plays. In order to EARN your paycheck, you must make plays.

Learn from the great collapse of 2023.

Gardner told Doug he really prefers a loaded italian sub. Word is Doug has since been frantically searching the waivrr wires for wr Gino Twotoesinaducci to sign. He said if he can find him he will probably cut Joe Bologna.

This is what the FO was doing while we were complaining about players leaving. And yeah, I am still mad about some of the players we let go/traded, but we had a lot of locker room detractors on this team and they've been purged.

Time will tell how this change translates to the field, but I do feel better about the team, or at least the direction of the team, after hearing some of this from the new, young leaders.

I love that guy, on top of that Chaisson was a Jags fan before he was even drafted so Im sure he feels like Alllen does and them 2 are working together.  I think players that want to be here will play much harder than some of the guys that was here before and didnt want to be here.  I like the nucleus this team has, Chark wants to be here like those guys as well.  Its nice to finally get rid of the cancer's
