There needs to be some type of aptitude test given before allowing people to vote. If you can't figure out how to vote on your own or even fill the ballot out yourself, you shouldn't be voting.

IMO, there needs to be an aptitude test before voting, driving a car, owning pets, having kids and several other things. Americans are getting stupider by the day. Have you ever seen the movie, "Idiocracy?" That's what America is gonna look like in 20 years.

I don’t think this problem is exclusive to America
