It's all about consistency for me. Wilson was consistently better this season. He had one subpar game against CCU and he was under pressure constantly in that game. Despite this, he came within a yard in a half of leading a tremendous comeback. Fields will light you up when he has a sqeuaky clean pocket, like he had all night against Clemson. When he is pressured though and his first read is covered, he falls apart and starts forcing the ball. He did it against Indiana and Northwestern. One gigantic game against a far inferior Clemson team that got no pressure and was dominated on defense, doesn't change what I saw all season. I don't draft based on what a QB could be. I draft a QB based on what I see now and what he has shown he can do on the field on a consistent basis. That's just how I project guys.

This guy hates Fields and will keep his.heels.dug in, don't bother. Fields could be 40/40 for 800 yards and 9 TDs in the Alabama game next week and all.he will do say that he had a lot of time and his receivers were running wide open and how he won't be a good pro, ect. He's probably the most stubborn poster on this board. I believe fields is going to be the number 2 QB off the board come draft day.

Fields has been up and down all year. Wilson was consistently good. I'll take consistency over one monster game, any day of the week.
