James Robinson named to Pro Football Writers of America All Rookie Team

James Robinson was named to the Pro Football Writers of America all Rookie team for 2020. Well deserved. I'm glad to see he made this list. It's a good list with people like Justin Herbert and also Cleveland Browns Jedrick Wills, Jr. on the list:

Good for him. Well deserved. Coupled with Lawrence's arm, he'll be a formidable and vexing weapon for opposing teams to game plan against.

Very excited to see Robinson head up the Jags running attack for (hopefully) a long time to come.

Lots of tradition there and he seems to perfect guy to carry the torch previously carried by the likes of Means, Stewart, Taylor and MJD.

Oh man I was just watching Banks last night against Miami in 1998. He was a stud and would have eventually got his own starting role on another team.

Lot of good backs came through Jax. Banks, Stewart, Means, Taylor, MJD, Fournette, and now Robinson.

Banks could have been the difference between beating the tacks or not. He would have been a match-up nightmare for that defense.

That said, with the arrival of Lawrence, I suspect the days of looking back wistfully at those days of what could have been will come to an end.

Worst to 1st.  Curse Reversed!
