So, in the Pats' 1999 draft, every one of their picks was a bust, except for one guy, a QB picked in the 6th round.
And his career stats were: 256 completions, 2838 yards, 18 TDs, with 9 starts and 6 wins. Okay for a 6th round pick, except those were his stats JUST IN THE SUPER BOWL. And I would bet you, if the Pats had been told that his regular season career stats would be those, they would have taken it. |
