I was on the board.  There were people who didn't like Leftwich as a player or as a spokesperson for the team.  These same people usually had no comment about the fact that Shack Harris (a Black man and former QB himself) made the entire QB room African American for most of his time here. Nobody thought that was a bad thing.  It wasn't about race, I don't think.
My fellow southpaw Mark Brunell will probably always be my favorite Jaguar.
