Can’t interview Baalkes last ditch effort in O’Connell and even if you wait, there’s not a guarantee he wants to come here. He will most likely get hired by Minnesota before then anyway.

I really wish someone did a deep dive on the worst coach hiring process ever…. This has to be at the top.

The rumor is the Burrs hired their GM and coach so that their 91-year old owner didn't have to re-learn names.

That's seriously a more flawed process than our own, but at least they've acted?
I gotta wonder if the recent second wave of new candidates is more that Bevell either doesn't want the job, or Khan is desperate to find anyone else willing to work with Baalke just so that he doesn't appear to be compromising to either of the two options presented.
