That is incorrect. Everyone doesn't take the side of Leftwitch. My dad said jags are better off without Leftwitch cause hes not a team player when hes looking to fire his boss. its like us saying we want to fire our parents,and don't want them as our parents anymore.  so not everyone is on the side of Leftwitch.

no, it's not like that at all. Your boss is not your parent. Does your dad see you as an employee? Has your dad ever worked somewhere with a coworker who rubbed him the wrong way, or who killed morale just by being in the building? Would he take a promotion to work under that coworker, knowing that his new boss has a track record of poor management and high turnover rates?

It's like saying to an employer, "I love the company, and I think I could do well here, but I've heard nothing but bad news about your department head. I'm not comfortable taking the job if he's in charge."

The employer now has to decide whether you or the department head are more valuable. How long do you wait for the employer to act before you write them off and begin looking elsewhere?

I'll give Byron credit, he's been patient and quiet for the past two weeks, not looking to interfere in the decision making process. Like others have said, he deserves better than Duval.
