Agreed with this sentiment as a general rule.

However, because the search has been so messed up, and because it has taken so long, the chances of them getting the right people decrease by the hour.

As it stands now, we won't have any coaches at the freaking Senior Bowl.  We won't have a GM at the Senior Bowl.

Even assuming a coach and GM are named tomorrow, how will they assemble a staff?

If it's Pederson, maybe he has guys in mind who have already agreed to come with him.

If it's Bisaccia, maybe he brings the guys from Vegas.

But they are definitely behind schedule.
