Sample's shoulder

Has anyone heard anything about his injury? Looked like he sprained/tweaked/dislocated it during the Jets game.

He laid the wood, then went to the bench

He was diagnosed with a stinger.

I wish we would have drafted Deon Bush. He's getting rave reviews so far from Bears camp. He would have either taken Cyps place this year or next year. He's perfect for that role.

I pulled up lame just reading this.  Please no one ever say this again so it doesn't happen.

Seems like he'd be back practicing if it was a stinger. Methinks there may be more to it than that.

Could be precautionary. They've been pretty reserved with their return to play policy this off season.

This. ^

Across the board the team has been more cautious.

Gus even talked about it before the mini camp saying they had adjusted their protocol this season in response to offseason injuries last year.
