Tanking implies that you need to purposely mess up and lose.  The Jags lose without the purposeful need to tank.

If what we're seeing isn't already tanking then Khan should be pretty pissed. A good explanation to the level of play we're seeing is that Khan said Gus and Dave won't be fired no matter how poorly they do and Dave wants a #1 overall pick.
