Preseason there was push to keep Myers on the active roster because of the fear another team would sign him.  We no longer have that fear.

 

The fan base needs something to be happy about, resign Scobee you have your draft pick and lost nothing.

I see your point, but can you really use a PS spot to worry about developing a kicker? How many kickers develop on NFL practice squads? Seems like as a kicker you either have it or you don't. I think the PS spot would be better served developing a player at another position. I'm fine with letting Myers go though. You shouldn't lose a game because of a kicker missing multiple attempts to win it for you.
