Can he play special teams?  If Ryan Davis can only sneak limited snaps in last year, Cap Capi is a practice squad player for sure.

I was bored as hell and was watching the Cards/Chargers game. He's super disruptive vs backups. I heard he played in 8 games last year though. Hes's a decent depth guy in a pinch.

.... what might have been. up until now, I was regretting the purchase of my Cap Capi Jaguars jersey but this may turn out to be as valuable as the Chris Weber Orlando Magic jersey during his 15 minute tenure with the team.
