I think this could go either way. That being said I think Fowler will have more of an impact the Clowney, but Clowney will have better stats. Fowler's motor alone should make him a force on defense. He is a rookie of course and will have his lumps, but it's so nice to think that we finally might have a player on the defensive side of the ball that teams might have to plan around.

Who knows until we see how the microfracture effected clowney

Clowney was definitely a better prospect. However that knee surgery and a motor that couldn't power a canoe, I'd go with Fowler at this point
Clowney has more natural talent but took a lot of games off in college, nevermind plays. From what I've seen of Fowler he plays hard 100% of the time and I'd prefer him on the Jaguars.

Quote:On the flipside, he'll actually have to compete with JJ to get to the QB first!
My lord.... I hope our OL is ready!
Welp. Doesn't matter how big your motor is if you're not on the field
Quote:Fowler has fresh knees.

He gets my vote and they have almost the same number of NFL snaps.

You jinxed us.    :verymad:
Yeah, umm... I'm going to go with Clowney on this one.
Quote:If Clowney didn't have that knee problem I would say Clowney with no hesitation. But Fowler because he is healthy and a healthy player has way more potential than a injury prone one with a knee problem.

Oh man,, how depressing.
ugh

Lmao

:woot:
Well, at least the playing field is more level now.

I think a better question would be "who is more likely to bust because of knee injuries." Now that's a tough one.
Clowney still has the bigger hill to climb. Micro fracture surgery is extremely tough to come back 100% from. An ACL injury isn't as bad as long as it was a clean tear.
This was just a massive jinx thread Sad

i want to vomit for making this thread.
