I think this would be as good a situation as any for him....but its a huge risk. I read that he missed 3 team meetings in the leadup to the draft. if you can't even show up to the job interview, how can you be expected to do the job?

It sounds like Gregory has some pretty serious personal issues that he's dealing with.  Obviously it's enough to scare teams badly.
