if that's true that's our hopes of a trade down gone unless someone gets set on Leonard Williams

Would love to see what happens at 3 if that trade is confirmed. Any chance Jags trade out with Falcons for their rumored interest in Fowler? That would almost certainly leave Cooper, White, Williams or Beasley still available at 8.

Why would the Titans put it out there that the Browns havent made an offer? 

I would think they want other teams to think they got an offer so other teams would offer more

Well, you can't put out a transparent lie, because then your credibility is shot.   If you want to lie, it has to be vague enough that it cannot be refuted.   Something like, "We've had multiple offers for our pick."

Yup. With Washington sitting ahead of them who very well could be in the market for Fowler. Basically tell them they have a deal with Washington set up and if you want fowler you better out bid them
