I think that NE has all the motivation in the world to come out and win this game. Much more so than the Seahawks.

Hi, Jaguars fans!  Smile   A battle of 14-4 teams as the AFC Champions New England Patriots seek to win their fourth Super Bowl Championship in their eighth appearance in the big game, as they play the defending Super Bowl Champions, and NFC Champions,  the Seattle Seahawks, in Super Bowl XLIX played in Arizona.

Both the Seahawks and Patriots are tied in the all-time regular season series at 8 games apiece. Patriots won the last meeting by the score of 24-23 played at CenturyLink Field in Seattle back on 10/12/12.  Patriots also outscored the Seahawks in the previous 16 meetings 321 points to 295.

Al Michaels and former Cincinnati Bengal receiver Cris Collinsworth are are announcing the live TV game commentary, along with sideline reporter and interviewer Michele Tafoya, for NBC Sports, which  is televising Super Bowl XLIX internationally, including locally in Jacksonville on WTLV NBC Channel 12, live on HD.

Sunny and clear skies at 67 degrees is the local game cast inside the University Of Phoenix Stadium, for the 3:30PM Eastern Standard Time kickoff, along with mild winds at 4 miles per hour.

Patriots are wearing their white jerseys and silver pants, while the Seahawks are wearing their navy blue   with lime green trim jerseys and pants.

NO injuries, and GO NFL!   B)   Banana ^_^

I voted for the Patriots. Kam Chancellor is banged up and has never covered a tight end better than Rob Gronkowski.

It may be sunny at kickoff, but by halftime it will be dark outside. I expect the roof to be closed because for three quarters it is a night game.

By "Go NFL!" do you mean you don't care who wins? I want the Patriots to lose, so GO SEAHAWKS!

This is the official one
The upper case letters in official were the differentiating factor.

Clearly a superior product here.

Never in his whole life?
There was a biscuit with some gravy.

Are Pats even allowed to win given their cheating history?

Heh, I beat AmeliasIsland by 30 mins when I posted this thread. JW is probably so mad right now lol.

I'd live to see Brady and bill take home another Lombardi, especially after all this stupid cheating crap but I think the seahawks come out on top.

RW deserves it just as much as Brady though. Consummate pro.
Hopefully it's a better than the last one

Did he ever play against Shannon Sharpe? Was Tony Gonzalez better three years ago than Gronk is now? Jimmy Graham was the best one year because of Gronk's injuries. From what I read on NFL.com it seems like very few in NFL history are better than Gronk. But I would love to be wrong about this.

LOL I am sure Amelia would have created his thread anyway so it would have been a waste of time posting my own.

I am surprised no moderator has merged them yet. That should happen long before game time.
Patriots win 34-21.  If you look at the past 2 Seattle games, they struggled mightily.  The Patriots kept it close, and then in the second half slowly pulled away.  The difference maker are two things IMO, the Seahawks backfield is banged up, and the Patriots have Revis.  He can shutdown Kerse or Baldwin, and the rest of the defense can worry about Wilson and Lynch running.  I don't think Brady and Belichick will NOT lose on a miraculous catch play for the 3rd time.

Oh, and the Patriots have Brady/Gronk.  That goes without being explained.

Except when they played earlier in the year?

That doesn't count. Rob Gronkowski in Week 12 is the same player. "No tight end better than" him means a different player.

The Patriots never played the Seahawks this year....
Now I know how smart penguins are. At the Cincinnati zoo, two signs - one with the Seahawks logo and one with the Patriots logo - were put up next to each other and all of the penguins were taken to them. Every penguin walked under the Seahawks sign to make their winner pick. Apparently they know the team's logo is a bird.

Right, that was in 2012.
