Quote:When the Giants were in it, I ate a 6-inch ham and cheese sub from Subway during the game because Justin Tuck is in the company's commercials.

The same thing happened last year with Papa John's pizza (extra cheese, pineapple, mushrooms, and bell peppers) because of Peyton Manning.

Salmon would be perfect for the Seahawks! Seattle has something called "the salmon locks" to maintain a healthy population of the fish where a bridge was built. I was there in 2007.

North of Boston, in a town called Gloster, is a famous statue called Man at the Wheel. It is a memorial for all of the fishermen who died during a certain time period. So I think of fish, not lobster, for New England.

I ate a horse when the Broncos were in it.  I would've eaten a Seahawk but I'm not sure what the hell that is.

It probably tastes good coming out of a smoker though.
Deacon, do you use eggs in your version of mug brownies?
Quote:Can I come to your house? ;-)

YOU are invited, but your friend can't come.

; )

I've only done it once before so I'm still working on it. Really, it's whatever the package calls for.

Of course, you can always just make your own mix.

Hahahaha..... I just want your food, man.
Quote:Richard Sherman has a beef jerky and a soup commercial out right now, maybe that's your Super Bowl meal.

No Manning this year, so how can you have pizza again?

I don't like beef jerky or soup.

A seahawk is an osprey, so you would not find that sold anywhere.

along with a wide variety of other chest pain induced culinary goodness.

If I was watching the game at home I'd probably do what I'm doing for our restaurant party, i.e. a nacho bar. We are also doing the wings and chicken fingers and fries, etc. but at home I'd break out a large bag of nacho chips and have toppings of cheese, chili, jalapenos, pico de Gallo, lettuce, black olives, salsa, black beans and corn.

The host of the party should not be in the kitchen trying to keep everyone else fed while THEY watch the game.

Then why don't they call them the Seattle Ospreys? That's dum.

They're probably both quite tasty with the right seasoning though.
Buffalo chicken pizza with fresh mozzarella and blue cheese crumbles  --  and a giant platter of nachos smothered in beans, colby/cheddar cheese mix, chipotle/mojo marinated chicken, roasted jalapeño slices, and a hot ranchero salsa.

Oh… and beer.  Plenty of beer.

Not exclusive to an osprey. It's a term used to describe several different birds.
