Isn't Mike Holmgren trying to get back into coaching?
Does this mean that the new OC can communicate with Blake during the offseason?

I heard that, but it is doubtful he would be an OC either.  He was a HC for three Super Bowl teams.
Lane. Kiffin.
Cutler indicated it could take three years to master Trestman's offense.

Exactly. Just because Cutler said it, it means it's true for some I guess.

then its just hype. The bears homers probably ate it up.

Its a common misconception that complexity is good when it comes to offenses. He was capitalizing on that.
The Mad Dog is like justin blackmon.  You don't know if he will be back.

If you were smart you can't just apply. Second of all, this is a forum where the fans get together and talk about the team. Im sorry you don't know enough to talk about the jags.
Trestman and Roman are obvious guys to kick the tires on, Scott Frost to me is really intruiging especially since he's young and innovative and was also a defensive coordinater at the collegiate level as well.
