Quote:according to her, she didn't want to go home with Jameis
what does it say about Jameis character that he sends multiple women to counseling after weird sexual encounters, and he steals from publix?
Of course she's gonna say she didn't want to go home with him. I'm sure she didn't want to go home with him when she was giving him a BJ and riding him too.

She probably didn't want to be video taped either. I believe they also did something similar when he was with another girl.
Sounds like a trend.

it's possible that at some point she was not ok and said stop and he didn't, which is rape
Quote:I understand an example, it just doesn't relate to this case.
Guess I need to go back and edit where I said it related to this case...oh, wait, I never said that.
Quote:And you keep saying you don't know what really happened that night but you sound like you know he didn't do it...
I have no idea what happened. I'm adding perspective. My perspective was in regards to false rape claims which, from what we know which is hard to define, is higher than the 2%-8% that we have seen. It also seems to be the most falsely accused crime. Here is a much more balanced opinion on this:

I'm not of the opinion that, even if her story did change, she is lying about being raped. I've said as much in other posts. I think my position is we just don't know and all it will ever be, unless something new comes to light, is he said she said. I've stated in another thread the case was handled poorly. I've criticized Jameis on these boards after the crab incident and the inappropriate words he shouted. I was also okay with the 1 game suspension. UCF on the other hand has been one sided in his views, which is his right, but to keep saying, I don't know if he did it, while arguing he did seems disingenuous. I don't if he did it, but I don't think you can prove he did. That is my position currently unless of course more information comes to light.

It certainly is. Anything is possible at this point.

Come on now...he's a big football star, why would she change her mind?? Duh!!

That is fine, but the example doesn't mean much if it has no relation to the case. I think we need a B) and a :teehee: and a

. Getting too serious around these parts.

Yes, she most likely said stop some time after he dropped her off and went home.

unless you were there holding the camera I don't think you can rule out what I said
So we have a bunch of this could of happened and this could of happened or this might of happened... Is that even really worth debating?

You are doing the same thing he is though. You might not think you are, but you are. You have said all the things listed above...but you sound very pro "he didn't do it".

If Bama loses there wouldn't be an SEC team in the playoffs...If we get the number one pick in the draft, do we pick player blah blah blah...if we had picked this player instead that one, we'd be set for years.
Seems like this board is full of conjecture...why is this subject any different?
Quote:Yes, she most likely said stop some time after he dropped her off and went home.
You seem like a very bitter person...at least when it comes to your star quarterback possibly raping a girl.
You really have no clue if it happened or didnt happen. There will never be enough proof either way, but you go on defending him like nothing happened. That's the best way to handle it.

I think UCF has been extremely one sided. Have I been more on the side of Jameis? Yes, but I have also conceded many points.

You also have a bunch of people saying there was not even a possibility of it happening. I would say its 100% worth debating.

I don't see your above examples as a good example to what you said either. Maybe you just aren't very good at relating things???

Again, I am not saying he did it...I am saying do not blindly say he didnt. I'm not saying you're the one who is that way, but many many many FSU supporters tend to lean that way.
We only hear about her being a cleat chaser and that she is a bimbo.

I agree and I don't agree with BigJohn on this entirely. I think it is certainly possible she was raped. There are questionable things and Jameis character is also questionable. I do think this is worth debating. But Badgers examples are more like, well duh, that is possible. Most things are possible. She could have said no. She may have not said no. Who the heck knows?

Okay, well at least try and look at both sides. That is what I'm saying. You are saying you aren't saying, but you keep saying. Does that make sense?
