Can a video be pulled from a cell phone after its been erased?  I would think it could.

I'm not sure, but I think I remember that the video never made it into the case because it had been deleted.

I didn't say it did. But then it gets extremely hard to prove. Was she a virgin? I'm just asking since you used that in your example.

If you had a daughter his age, would you be ok worth him taking her out? After all that he's done, beyond the accusations, I wouldn't.

How is that irrelevant?  I would say a video of the incident and how he treated her afterwards is very relevant.

Yes because what he said happened in the bathroom is 100%.  I mean if something bad happened in that bathroom, why would he lie about it?

Do you have any idea how hook up culture works? How he treated her afterward is pretty normal for "Hit it and Split it" hook ups. And the video? Maybe he didn't want his junk on tape, he is pretty famous you know. Again, not criminal actions.

Of course she is, this was her intention al along. Hence one of the many reasons why it would not be beneficial for him to testify. I dont see how this is such a difficult issue to understand.

And yet, he said she said is all you have in this case. Except that she said keeps changing what she said and the Anti-Jameis crowd continues to defend it.

Since she had sex with her boyfriend earlier in the day, I highly doubt she was a virgin. But I wasnt talking about her...I was just using that as an example.

And when it gets to civil court where only 51% is required to prove the case Jameis will lose because being male makes 49% of the case.

I'm not saying he did it....where have I once said he did it?

 

I'm saying there are too many loose ends for your fan base to defend him until the end.  There is not just one girl who has said something that involved sex happened with Jameis but two.  

 

Again, there are many people that specialize in rape counseling that have said that women who have been raped change their story due to the trauma.  They'll forget things that happened and then remember them later.  JT Money will downplay the only 2 to 8% of rapes are false accusations that the professionals give because one person says its not true.
