Trust me, your fan base is approaching it. I started disliking the Gators as a whole because of the Tebow issue and the fan base stupidity....I've already started doing the same thing with FSU. At the beginning of the year I wanted them to win another national title...not I'm not so sure it would be a good thing.

Again, it will never get there. You wont see FSU fans forcing players down the Jaguars fan base throats. Every fan base becomes annoying when they win. Every single one (as a whole). But we are talking about the level of annoyance. Gators stretched far past their glory years.

Again, thats an opinion. I wouldn't imagine an FSU fan would ever realize that its at that point. You are unable to see how obnoxious you guys have become...and its significantly increased over time.
I'm not saying this as a negative (to a point)....your team is on top right now, but to say another fan base was worse than yourselves is a stretch.

Coming from a rival fan I can see that. Understand this too. The obnoxiousness of many FSU fans I work with, and hear are over the top crazy. It goes both ways. No fan base is immune to it. It's coming to fruition now just as I said it would 2-3 years ago.

Of course it is my opinion. But I can back up my opinion. It isn't a stretch. No fan base did what the gators did during the tebow era. It was worse. Again you will not see 1,000's of Jags must draft Jameis threads. It won't happen. There will be nothing like that again.

Again that was never my argument. I'm simply saying gator fan base was worse and I can back that up with what they did with Tebow and their campaign for jags to draft/trade for him.

At this point, you may be hard pressed seeing many fans wanting to draft Jameis after what he's done in college. It's a huge risk....Tebow was a phenomenon and it wasnt just UF fans wanting him to come here. It was Bulldog fans, Florida State fans, Miami fans...the list goes on and on.

Not at all....his only proof is that Tebow fans came here and started threads about him coming to the Jags.

Jameis is a much safer bet than tebow. I think many non crazy tebow florida fans would agree. But regardless, I think florida fans (in general) have a hard time separating college from pro and as I said earlier, this isn't the first time they have done this with a player. They just took it to epic proportions like no fan base has ever done before.

You're changing the arguement from who is more NFL ready to who was coming here and saying the Jaguars should draft Tebow. There were numerous college football fans, not just Gator fans, that came here and said they wanted Tebow. Go find the threads...I was probably the biggest opponent to all those people.

There wasn't an influx of georgia, fsu, miami fans clamouring for tebow. No, that wasn't the case. Not sure where you are getting your information. There religious reasons why people wanted him (that was a huge part of it) on top of gator fans.
There has never been a fan base who pushed tebow like the gator fans did and I don't think there ever will be. Sure there would be threads about Jameis, but again, we aren't talking about apples to oranges here. The tebow mania was bigger then anything we have ever seen and it dominated these boards for years. Years! You disagreed with me and then agreed fans wanted to come here based on his religious reasons....I think that was my point though. Fans of his hated rivals wanted to come here because of what he stood for....and there were many here that knew (educated guess) that he wouldnt make it in the NFL.
