Quote:thats playcalling and every team does it.

It is playcalling, but teams doing it doesn't change that the Jaguars need to stop doing nothing but it.

Those kinds of plays only work because of throwing deeper on a regular basis. Those plays worked for the Cowboys because They throw down the field 20+ yards on a regular basis.

I can only recall one throw before the forth quarter Sunday that the Jaguars threw the ball at least 20 yards down the field.
Quote:Hopefully Bortles stops throwing two yard crossing route passes to guys about to come head to head with a linebacker.

Waaaaaay too much short garbage from the Jaguars and nothing deep is directly what causes what happened to Hurns.

If you don't make the defense spread out some they'll all be waiting within 10 yards of the line of scrimmage to blast anyone that gets thrown to.

Injuries happen in football. Playcalling and routes have nothing to do with what happened. Allen Robinson ended up on IR after catching a deep pass.

Right on, I'll put you down for the "more Gabbert style, please" column.

That's about right. I think my voice was starting to go by the 4th from yelling " throw it the [BLEEP] down field" for 3 quarters.
What a disaster.. thanks for the gutsy plays, and get well soon. Keep practicing with whatever parts of your body that still work. And master the 'mind' side of the game.

We'll miss you till we see you.

Can't believe the dude played Sunday with a broken foot.. what a gamer.

I'm no doctor, but it sounds like and hopefully was just a hairline fracture.
