Sure is.  And will add a new qb soon as well.  No way will bet his legacy on Bortles.  He does not like running qbs.  

I was hoping to get the OC announcement before the conference tomorrow; hoping that McCoy was the name lol. Guess we may not get something until after. Bleh

Anyone who says that has no clue how contracts work, and what exercising an option previously negotiated in that contract means. He didn't quit, he wasn't fired, he didn't do anything wrong. He exercised his option under stipulation that if there was new ownership of the Buffalo Bills he had the option to exit. So he opted to leave, and telling by how big of a circus Buffalo is, he had good enough foresight to have the option and use it.
