Good to know they're at least thinking about making a change at RB.

It takes the coaches about 3 weeks to see what we see on day 1.

To be fair it sounds like he only recently started picking up the nuances of the position and the NFL. He had a few good practices in the past week and he was given a shot to capitalize on that with game action. Good to see he's taking full advantage of the opportunity.

Meaning what? Storm Johnson was injured the first couple of weeks. He gets healthy, is active, last week got his first carries. Now he is getting more. Seems like natural progression.

I'm sure the ankle injury played a role as well.

Played a role in what? Not getting enough carries Sunday?

I hope he will be OK at Tennessee.

Sure, cause you have all information on hand too, right?

He was injured before Sunday. He got healthy enough to play on Sunday and tweaked his ankle again.
Bernard Pollard is on IR with a torn Achilles tendon, so we will not see him Sunday.

Why? Will the torn Achilles tendon make him invisible?

He was injured for the firs couple of games and they held him out to get him fully healed no reason to push your 4th string RB. Once he was healed up he started participating in practice fully they recognized he should get a few snaps. Of course he tweaked the ankel again but came back later in the game.

Haha

That makes no sense!  What are you talking about!
@ BonJagley --- We saw Bortles was better on Day 1 of Preseason.  It took the coaches until midway through Game 3.  Same applies to [INSERT NAME HERE] over Slowby Gerbust.

Whoooooosh!

You can't be a Jaguars fan and not know what IR means.

I know I'm not Bon Jagley but I have to make a correction. Gus Bradley said after the Colts game the plan all week was Chad the first half and Blake the second half. He did it to make Blake's debut not as stressful as it would be if he was named the starter right away.

Insert injured Storm Johnson?

That concept might hurt his brain.
