I sill hold strong to 3-13 as stated in August.

Quote:Here are my thoughts on the rest of the season based on what we see now. I have us finishing 5-11.

San Diego - Loss. No explanation needed. It's gonna get ugly.

Pittsburgh - Loss. Will be entertaining. Bortles will keep it close. Home crowd will be energized.

Tennessee - Loss. We are both messes, but they are less of a mess at this point. We avenge this loss week 16.

Cleveland - Win. Bortles is starting to come around and we win our first home game of the year.

Miami - Loss. Coming off big win over Cleveland, the overly confident team gets upset.

Cincinnati - Loss. No explanation needed. CIN is in a different league right now. Reality check game right here.

Dallas - Loss. Don't see us winning in London.

Indy - Loss. Closer game this time around. This close loss will give us hope for next year in the AFCS.

NYG - Win. Don't know why, but I think we win this one.

Houston - Win. We are building momentum.

Baltimore - Loss. Momentum is gone after this game, but can close out the season strong against 2 weak teams.

Tennessee - Win. Bortles and the offense will have found his grove by this time.

Houston - Win. Media outlets will start talking about 2015 and the bright future of the Jags after Bortles torches Houston's defense in the final game.

7 for 7.

You're going to take a hit after the bye lol
This is a 1-15 team, I'm sorry. This team is beyond bad. I mean they can't tackle, catch passes, protect the QB, sustain drives, and basically do things that fundamentally should be done. That's all coaching. Bradley needs and should be fired. The Jags need an established head coach such as Cowher, Gruden, or Dungy. This losing has got to stop!

Haha exactly. Predicting us to lose this many games isn't an achievement.
We'll get a couple of charity wins to close out the year and we'll all buy into the arrow is pointing up crap again. I see some potential on the team, but not being utilized or developed.

One would say that, but predicting the Cleveland win makes it that much sweeter.
I can see a few meaningless wins, just enough to knock us out of the top 2 picks so we don't trade down in the draft and pick up more mid-rounders for depth.

Even when we win, we end up losing.

I predict 3 wins for the season.

And between 7 and 11 wins next year
If we beat NY, you guys will be asking me where I park my Delorean and store my Grays Sports Almanac.

True, I thought our only shot at winning was at home against Tennessee.

My 5 wins was a little optimistic. I just assumed we would show enough progress to pull out some victories over bottom feeders. Not so much anymore.
Quote:4 for 4. Getting pretty good at this.

You might just nail the rest of the season, because I see our division mates tanking for draft position down the stretch, while Gus will be happy to take a few meaningless gimmee wins to pad his sorry record.

Good job so far. End of the season not looking promising for you.
One wishful thinker this past bye week came on this forum and suggested that Blake Bortles would come out on fire after having a bye week. Well, if you consider ending the game with a 55.5% QB rating..............then I'd say he was FLAMING..........for the other team! I hope he has a very educational and rehabilitative off season the way he's going. Bright spot............defensive front four were looking pretty good.....especially early. Too many 2nd & 3rd and longs made the offense too predictable and the Colts were just daring Bortles to burn them. He did.......at a 55.5 QB ratings clip.

Picking mostly losses for a team that hadn't won a game at the time you re-picked?  Way to go out on a limb there.
