in my opinion I believe Blake will start after colts games, before our season is completely lost.

He will win games and well be 6-10 or 8-8 at the end. This will spark the fans and team into 2015 season to lure us into buying tickets next season.
Is not personal its just business.
GO Jags !

7-10?!! Does that mean we make the playoffs and lose in the first round?!
I'm still holding out hope that he doesn't have to start. He can still come in and replace a urine soaked Henne performance.
Oops computer malfunction, I meant 6-10 vice 7-10 :teehee:
Week 5.
Henne leads us to an 0-4 start. We come back home to face the squeelers.
Bortles starts and the team should be relatively healthy, save for Lewis.
We'll get our first win, too.
Quote:Tomorrow!!!!
Last time I checked, we don't play tomorrow.
I just saw another thread that says it is official: Chad Henne is the quarterback. Would 10 people like to change their votes before I delete that option?

Henne starts but the poll is what game Bortles plays in so...it's not over yet.

The question is, "When will Blake Bortles make his first start?" I do not expect Chad Henne to be injured by a team with no pass rush.

Oh, I see it in the thread title. Still, if you look at the poll question itself, it says "first game Bortles plays in". I'd wanna hold out on a technicality.

You voted for Week 12 anyway so it does not matter.

More technicalities! :p

After each game I will delete that option and people can vote again.
I'm wondering how it'll look if Henne goes down, and Bortles comes in and lights it up. Obviously everyone would be too happy to realize that he has been keeping Bortles on the bench for three (+) weeks. But that'd look suspicious to me if I was a fan of another team (and in thinking about it now).
Just a hypothetical. I imagine Blake will struggle at first when he comes in. Though I think he'll do better than Henne by a good measure.
3rd quarter on Sunday...starts against Bolts, beats the squeelers.
I edited the poll so everyone knows not to vote for the Week 3 Colts game, but can still see who voted for it already.
Doctor, I don't think Bortles will "light it up" without Lewis, Sanders, and Hurns. But in Week 5 against the Steelers, it should be a little easier.

I wish he could play the first quarter on Sunday.
I say we run a Black and Teal Op, drop in over the middle of Everbank where there is no defense, make our way down to the basement and unchain The Blake Knight whose eyes have to glowing teal by now, whose with me

cracks are starting to show, guess he wants to make it clear its not his fault bortles is on the bench.
